Gasparilla Crit Sponsors Strategy
I was unfortunately brought in too late in the game to create the value needed for this event to succeed.
I did, however, generate a complete sponsorship strategy for the Gasparilla Criterium. This included working with nationally renowned advertising agency PPK to generate marketing materials that brought the sponsorship initiatives to the forefront. I created concepts of all the materials and a designer at PPK brought them to life.
With a very small team, we we are able to generate a significant amount of money. It wasn’t meant to be though as the proper permitting was never secured for the event to take place.
