Restaurateurs are really good at running the in-house operations of their business but they aren’t particular suited to deal with all the external operations that can make turn one-off patrons into loyal returning customers

As a hospitality buff, I designed and implemented a system for capturing email address inside the location utilizing the locations wifi system. From there we have implemented loyalty programs and marketing automations to help drive more location visits. This has lead to an increase in returning customers and efficiency across all marketing efforts.
