Stay Hard 4x4x48 Challenge

Benefiting the Gramatica Family Foundation

**I am not affiliated with Gramatica Family Foundation, beleive it’s a great cause and want to do my part to help support them**

Starting on March 5th @ 7pm EST, I will be taking on the Stay Hard 4x4x48 Challenge created by David Goggins. If you’re not familiar with it, We will be running 4 Miles, Every 4 hours, for 48 Hours STRAIGHT.

I also want to use this challenge to raise awareness for a great local charity that builds homes for combat wounded veterans, The Gramatica Family Foundation. Whatever you want to donate, do it. Can’t donate? Give’em a follow on social.

What you Need To Participate

The will to survive 🙂 If you can run, Run. If you can’t run Walk, If you can’t walk Ride, and if you can’t do any of those do some sort of activity for 40 minutes. This isn’t about time, speed or strength. It’s about having the discipline and mental toughness to complete the task. 

If you want to join me for any of the runs, AWESOME! C’mon! but you don’t have to. Do it from your own home or wherever you are.

Starting Point

If you want to run together, the starting point will be at the top of the Upper Tampa Bay Trail right next to Ballyhoos restaurant.

You can park in the dirt lots on Ehrlich Rd. or behind the Cruising Smoothie Cafe.
